If you are thinking about getting to Split and have some nice party time, you hit the right spot.
On August 6, 2020, I took a night walk around the most famous nightlife places in Split to check if there are any visitors. As you can see from the photos below, Split features an active nightlife, almost like there is no corona pandemic at all. The reason for such popularity of Split is the good epidemiological situation; other countries like France and Spain have a significant increase in the number of new cases of COVID-19 infection.

Split Riva

Split Riva has always been a top spot for tourists in Split, regardless of the time of day or night. As of August 2020, the popularity of Riva is almost the same as in the same period in 2019. Tourists are enjoying the walkway, coffee bars, and restaurants on Riva while staying safe.

The top early nightspot in Split, bar Inbox, is lively again. As you can see from the photos there is a crowd of the people in the club, which is contrary to the epidemiological restrictions applied on nightclubs. There is no penalty for violating the restrictions, but the inspection may request some people to leave the club in order to achieve social distancing.
