One of the biggest festivals of electronic music in the world has been in Split for almost 10 years. The coronavirus pandemic was a reason for cancellation both in 2020 and 2021. The organisers announced the festival to be held again in 2022.
This decision comes after a long period of uncertainty about whether the festival will be held or not. Although the pandemic has been ceasing in Croatia for a quite long time, and the percentage of vaccinated adult people is over 30%, having an event of that kind is still considered to be risky.
If you are an Ultra Europe fan, and you planned to attend the festival, do not give up on visiting Split. The town is more beautiful than ever, and many tourists from all over Europe are already in Split having a great time. Nightlife and events are being organised again, although still with some restrictions being applied.
