Why to visit St Anthony’s Channel
There are several things you will enjoy when visiting this place.

The second reason is Fortress of St Nicolas. It is a unique fortification system in the whole world. It was
built for defence against Turkish invasion in the 16th century.

Location
As you can see on the map, St Anthony’s Channel divides Šibenik from rest of Adriatic sea. The pin on the map points to Fortress of St Nicolas, which is the endpoint of the channel. Beach Jadrija is located on the other side of the channel.
How to get to St Anthony’s Channel
You can get there by car or by bike. There are two entrances to the channel. One is located close to the place called Zablace, and the other one is located close to the shopping centre Dalmare. Both entrances are a good choice and both feature free parking space.
