Many people from EU and UK, who want to arrive in Croatia in August or September, are wondering if there is any nightlife in Split in 2020. I took a walk around the town and visited a few nightclubs to check the situation.
Table of Contents
Zenta club
One of the favourite destinations of local students in Split, Zenta, is lively again. Zenta is a perfect nightlife spot for those visitors who want to to have a good time hanging out with locals.
During my visit, there were only a few people inside the club, while the others were staying out in groups and socializing.
I would definitely recommend you a night out in Zenta. You will have a chance to explore and feel local nightlife culture.
The busiest day in the club is Monday when so-called "Monday trash night" is organised. The club works during weekends as well.
You can check the schedule at Zenta's Facebook page.
Bacvice club
The favourite spot for foreign visitors of Split has been Bacvice club. In 2019. there were hundreds of people enjoying its outdoor atmosphere with the sea view. In 2020 Bacvice is lively again. As you can see from the photo, the number of visitors is significantly reduced at the time of the visit (July 20, 2020), but this is still a good beginning. Two weeks before there was no one in the club.
I believe there will be quite many people at the beginning of August, which is the peak season in Split. Additionally, for some people, this more intimate atmosphere of nightlife may be an advantage rather than a drawback.
Club Bacvice works every day during the summer season from 11 pm - 5 am.
Inbox club
Another favourite night out destination for visitors of Split, club Inbox, is still empty. There are a few visitors sitting while enjoying night atmosphere of Split, but no one was dancing on the floor. I believe the situation will get better at the beginning of August when we expect more UK and French visitors to arrive.
